For a limited time, explore a new feature exhibit highlighting the life of Chief Dan George—Tsleil-Waututh leader, actor, and activist—whose voice called for justice, reconciliation, and Indigenous pride.

The exhibit officially opens on the second floor of the Big House on May 28, 2025, and runs until September 14, 2025. Entry is included in general admission.

“/stāj/ 3.0” presents a space where food scraps become sculpture, and where knowledge is reimagined through collaboration and play.

As an interactive installation, /stāj/ 3.0 invites the public to step into the role of researcher, engaging in acts of cooking, art-making, and scientific experimentation. Visitors will be encouraged to draw from their own lived experiences, collaborating with the artist and each other to challenge binaries between scientific “objectivity” and other less valued ways of knowing.

/stāj/ 3.0 runs from September 5 – 14 at Fort Langley Community Hall, 9167 Glover Road, Langley Twp, BC. Gwenyth Chao’s exhibition will be activated by a series of events throughout the ten day run. All events are free and open to the public.

“Oh, the thinks you can think!” From the whimsical mind of Dr. Seuss comes a vibrant, heartfelt musical that brings together some of his most beloved characters in a fantastical adventure for all ages.

This musical is fun for the whole family and everyone is invited.

They are running to raise money for Abreast In A Boat, to help and support those around us who face this disease everyday. Proceeds from your event registration will be donated to The Abreast In A Boat Dragon Boat Team.

This running event takes place on urban trails, which start and finishes at Brae Island Regional Park in Langley, BC. October 4, 2025. The trails are non technical, very runnable, with some rolling hills and stunning greenery. They are running on the Fort-to-Fort trail along the Fraser River.

The event fee includes your bib number, a finisher’s medal, a $5.00 donation to Abreast In A Boat, finish line food, aid stations and lots of fun.

Online Registration for Local Participants closes October 1, 2025 or when they’ve have reached the max number of 250 participants.

The Fort Langley Cranberry Festival has been in successful
operation since 1995, this year marks the 30 Anniversary of the
Festival. This family-friendly festival always takes place on the
Saturday before Thanksgiving, and is a great lead-in to the
Thanksgiving weekend. It draws people from across Langley, the
Fraser Valley, Metro Vancouver and tourists visiting BC. The 26th
Annual Cranberry Festival in 2023 was a resounding success with
approximately 35,000 attendees, 16 food trucks and over 150
vendors. The Cranberry Festival is a community-building and
village-promoting event.

The BC Farm Museum is located in historic Fort Langley and preserves the stories, tools, and traditions that shaped British Columbia’s agricultural history. Beatniks Bistro is a long-standing restaurant in Fort Langley, located in the former Moorehouse residence, originally built in 1933. One of the village’s oldest buildings, the space was later reimagined by the Choquette family as a welcoming bistro where good food, music, and community come together.

Known for its standout patio, live music, and relaxed atmosphere, Beatniks Bistro has become a Fort Langley staple for locals and visitors alike. It’s a place to settle in, enjoy a well-crafted meal, and spend an easy afternoon or evening in the heart of the village.
