RIMEX was founded in 1976 with a vision to make a difference, and today, we continue that legacy by supporting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC). In memory of our founder, Chris Weston, who passed away from a rare blood cancer in 2017, we have raised over $140,000 for LLSC through various fundraising events.
This year’s car and motorcycle show will be a vibrant community event featuring trophies for top cars and bikes, family entertainment, food trucks, vendors, a DJ, and a 50/50 draw. The event is staffed by volunteers, mostly RIMEX employees, with 100% of all non-gaming proceeds donated to LLSC’s ongoing research efforts to find a cure for blood cancers. All gaming proceeds will be donated to the food bank.
