At the heart of Cedarbrook is head baker Marvin, who brings more than 35 years of experience to the craft. Trained by traditional European bakers, Marvin joined Cedarbrook in 1988 and has led the bakery for over three decades. He also mentors apprentice bakers through the Red Seal program, ensuring time-honoured techniques and quality baking continue for generations to come.
